Columbine Point
On of our favorite places to ski to in the winter, Columbine Point offers incredible views of the valley! Enjoy the nice walk from the YMCA lodges, or drive up to the parking lot and check out the scenery.
YMCA - Snow Mountain Ranch
We are so excited to share Snow Mountain Ranch with our closest friend and family! The YMCA offers many complimentary activities for those staying on site, as well as activities for a small fee. We love the hiking and mountain biking trails offered around the Y. Check out the seasonal activity guide for the current calendar!
Winter Park Resort
We got engaged near the top of the Gondola, on the north side of the Sunspot Lodge. We always recommend friends checkout a scenic Gondola ride, if you're feeling super adventurous check out the mountain biking at Winter Park Resort! If you're lucky you might spot Annika's mom running around the resort :)
Devil's Thumb Trailhead
Annika's favorite hike in Grand County! Bring layers, water and good shoes & keep an eye out for moose. This is a moderate hike that will take the better part of your morning. End at the thumb (seen on the right from US 40 driving north through Fraser), and enjoy views on both sides of the pass.
Colorado Mines Peak
The Berthoud Pass Weather Station offers some great views after hiking from the Berthoud Pass Parking lot (you'll pass this on your right on the way up from Denver to Granby). It gets windy, so pack layers!
