Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 15th, 2025 so we can plan accordingly for food and beverages. We understand life happens, so please reach out to Annika or Jack if there are any last minute changes to your plans.

Question

What if I have food allergies or restrictions?

Answer

Please let us know when you RSVP! We have a variety of food options for most dietary restrictions, and will make a note for each food allergy and restriction submitted on the RSVP page. The YMCA catering team has an excellent reputation for taking allergies and restrictions very seriously. During the summer, they host hundreds of young kids with a variety of allergies and are trusted to provide safe food for them to eat. That said, please reach out if you have any concerns!

Question

What is Mountain Cocktail Attire?

Answer

Mountain cocktail attire strikes a perfect balance between dressy and adventurous. Think elevated textures and natural-inspired elements that transform standard formal wear into something extraordinary. Ladies might choose a midi or floor-length dress complemented by dressy suede boots, while incorporating textured fabrics like velvet or lace. Men can experiment with suit colors and styles that echo the mountain palette – deep forest greens, rich browns, and slate grays. September is unpredictable in Granby, it can be warm or a little snowy. Please plan on layers for the changing weather! The wedding is indoor and outdoor, but we will adjust our plans as required by the weather.

Question

Will Nash be there?

Answer

Of Course!

Question

What do I do if I encounter a moose at Snow Mountain Ranch?

Answer

The YMCA has lots of resident wildlife, please be respectful if you encounter them! In the rare event you come too close for comfort to a moose, slowly leave the area as quickly as possible. Ideally, put a tree or large object between you and the moose. Leave lots of space between you and all wildlife encountered at the Y! But, enjoy viewing them from a far.
