We're getting married!

We met on the first night of Tyler's DTS (discipleship training school) at a dinner party. Everyone went around the room and shared where they were from, along with their favourtie ice cream flavour. Kelsey & Tyler both said Moose Tracks, so it's pretty obvious why things worked out...

Tyler picked Kelsey up from work and told her they were going on a surprise adventure. They drove out to a spot right outside of Harrisburg called Peter's Mountain. Tyler led Kelsey on a short hike that is part of the Appalachian Trail. He took her to a spot known as Shock Rock, named for the power lines that run above a rocky clearing with a gorgeous overlook. They shared a special time exchanging loving words and taking photos. As Kelsey was admiring the view, Tyler got down on one knee and pulled a ring box out of his backpack. He was so excited that he almost forgot to ask "Will you marry me?", but Kelsey quickly responded "Yes!!" as she slipped on the beautiful ring. Afterwards, they took more pictures and headed back down the mountain to an ice cream shop called 3B's. They were both grinning ear to ear as they ordered their ice cream: Moose Tracks, of course!
