Gordon Lodge

We have a block of rooms at Gordon Lodge - our wedding venue! There are multiple room types to choose from including 1 - 2 bedroom cottages, lodge style rooms, and suites. When you call to book, you will need to refer to the Patrow/Parr Wedding to reserve a room. Please note you cannot book online. In addition, when looking online it may look like there's limited rooms available, as our block of rooms is hidden from the public. When you call to book, you will be given all available room options and receive our wedding rate! If you would like to book a room at Gordon Lodge outside of our block, still mention Patrow/Parr Wedding and you can receive our wedding rate! Guest Services/Reservation hours are typically Monday - Friday from 10am to 4pm, and Saturday - Sunday from 10 am to 2pm. If you are unable to reach a representative, please listen to the full voicemail menu options and kindly leave a detailed voicemail. This block will be open until March 14th, 2026! There is a 2 night minimum for all rooms in our block.

Open Hearth Lodge

We have a room block set up here! The block includes King and Queen Lodge style rooms, but you may book a different room type if you would like! This hotel is located in Sister Bay, but only a 9 minute drive to our venue, Gordon Lodge. - 2 night minimum - King & Queen Rooms: $229 per night Call and mention our names and wedding date to book! This block will be open until April 29th, 2026. Please book before this date!

Baileys Harbor Yacht Club Resort

This hotel is a 12 minute drive from our venue, Gordon Lodge. There is no room block set up at this hotel, but a good option for your stay! (:

Wedding Night Transportation

There will NOT be a shuttle service to transport guests from their off-site accommodations to the venue. We recommend coordinating carpools or planning for alternate transportation if you’re staying elsewhere. 🚗 Parking Parking is available on-site at Gordon Lodge for all guests, whether you're staying at the lodge or arriving from another location. 🛺 On-Site Golf Cart Shuttle Gordon Lodge provides a golf cart shuttle to help guests get around the property. This service will be available to all wedding guests! Before the Ceremony: The golf cart service will begin at 2:15 PM to transport guests from the parking area and on-site accommodations to the ceremony site. After the Reception: The shuttle will resume service around 9:00 PM and be available until the end of the night to take guests back to their cars or on-site accommodations. This service will continue throughout our reception and after party, ending after 1:00 am to ensure everyone gets back to their accommodations or cars safely. If at any point throughout the night, you need a ride and don’t see the golf cart shuttle, please let Gordon Lodge staff know and they will arrange a golf-cart for you!! Whether you're staying at Gordon Lodge or just parking on-site, this service will help you get around comfortably! 🚕 Ride Share Please note: Ride share options like Uber and Lyft are very limited in Door County. We recommend coordinating carpooling or having a designated driver if you’re staying off-site.

When should I book my accommodations?

We recommend booking your accommodations ASAP as lodging in door county during the summer books up quickly! If you are staying at Gordon Lodge, please book before March 14th 2026. If you are staying at Open Hearth Lodge, please book before April 29th, 2026.
