We kindly request formal attire for our wedding celebration! Think elegant — suits and formal dresses are encouraged! To note, weather permitting the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside on the lawn. To help everyone feel confident and comfortable, here are a few examples of what we mean by formal: Women: Floor-length gowns, midi dresses, or elevated cocktail dresses with dressy heels or elegant flats Men: Dress pants with a dress shirt and tie Suit jackets optional Tuxedos are welcome, but not required
If your invitations says "and Guest", then yes! If not, we are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

If you plan on staying at Gordon Lodge, please book your room by MARCH 14, 2026! After this date, any un-booked rooms will be released to the public. If you plan on staying at Open Hearth Lodge, please book your room by April 29, 2026 Wherever you're staying please book ASAP, as lodging in door county during the summer books up quickly!

Yes! For those staying on site, you will receive parking with your accommodation. For those staying off site, there is a parking lot on site for wedding guests! Both are within walking distance to ceremony and reception. Additionally, there will be a complimentary on-site golf cart shuttling guests between on-site accommodations/parking and ceremony/reception. See our Accommodation/Travel tab on our website for more information!
We will not be providing a shuttle to the ceremony. We encourage guests to stay at Gordon Lodge, where the wedding will take place. If you are staying off property, we recommend carpooling. Guest parking will be available on-site. Please note that rideshare services like Uber or Lyft are very limited in Door County, so please plan accordingly. An on-site golf cart service will be available to help guests get around the property. For more information see our Accommodations/Travel tab!
Ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside. Dinner and reception will take place indoors.
Please call Gordon Lodge at (920) 839 - 2331 and mention Patrow/Parr Wedding to book! You can not book with our wedding rate online. Guest Services/Reservation hours are typically Monday - Friday from 10am to 4pm, and Saturday - Sunday from 10 am to 2pm. Please note, it is their "off-season", but there are still guest service representatives answering the phone at this time. If you are unable to reach a representative, please listen to the full voicemail menu options and kindly leave a detailed voicemail. We also recommended calling back at a different time to connect with a representative. Also, when looking online it may look like there's limited rooms available, as our block of rooms is hidden from the public. Don't panic! When you call to book, you will be given all available room options and receive our wedding rate. If you would like to book a room at Gordon Lodge outside of our block, still mention Patrow/Parr Wedding and you can receive our wedding rate!
