When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please try to respond to our RSVP's no later than December 10th, 2022 if possible. However, we understand mail services may be delayed this time of year, so if you want to make sure we get your response to our invitation before that day-- please text or call the Matron of Honor (Chasitiy Hurtt) at (706) 459-4185 so we can plan for your attendance!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

If you have any specific food allergies, please let us know ASAP! We want to make sure there are appropriate accommodations for you and your needs, so please call or text the Matron of Honor (Chasitiy Hurtt) at (706) 459-4185 with any dietary restrictions.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to venue occupancy limits, we ask that only children over the age of 10 attend. It is encouraged for parents of children under 10 to find childcare for their precious babies off-site. Please let us know if you have any questions!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail Attire is requested, but whatever you own that is nice will be just fine. It is requested that guests refrain from wearing white, off-white, or champagne hues.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the ceremony 15-30 minutes early so we can make sure everyone is in their seats and ready to go when the Bride makes her last walk as a single lady!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is parking along the driveway to the barn, and golf carts will be available as a shuttle to and from vehicles for guests that require additional assistance.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is no transportation available between hotel and venue.
