Huey knew he wanted to marry Brendetta on that night, however, four years later, he actually did. Standing on the solid foundation of Christ Jesus, they have found refuge in him! The happy couple enjoys cooking new dishes, eating exotic cuisine, and traveling to unknown destinations. They have a fond appreciation for all genres of music, and love spending time with their family.

Michael and Deborah Jones are the Godparents of the groom and God blessed the day they met! They met on January 4, 1984, got engaged on April 1, and were married October 13th of the same year. Thirty-seven years, one Godchild, three children, one daughter-in-law, and two grandkids later, the question proved not to be an April Fool’s Day joke! This happy couple has built a home full of love and laughter. When looking at Christmas pictures, Mr. Michael says, “What a husband won’t do for his wife!?” What can Mrs. Deborah say but, “It was meant to be!”

Kinglin is the 7 year old Godson of the bride. He’s charming, tiny and sweet! He loves ocean creatures and enjoys learning about prehistoric animals. His favorite past-times include playing video games with his dad and big brother and taking the “boys ride” for a hair cut. We can’t wait to see what the future holds for our sweet little King.

Her mommy just knew she would be special so she named her Izabella, which means devoted to God. She's the 5 year old niece of the groom and is a real life princess. She's the baby sister to two older sisters that she adores. Izzy is an old spirit who can hold a conversation with absolutely anyone. Like her daddy, she makes friends wherever she goes. She loves to sing and dance, especially to Marc Anthony or with the praise team at church! Skies the limit for Izabella Sky 💕

Greyson, or “Munchie” as his Tee Tee calls him, is the youngest nephew of the bride. He’s 2 years old, and truly lives up to every definition of what a two year old is! He enjoys playing with toy cars and snacking with his Uncle Pops. We just know he’s going to do great things when he’s all grown up.

Azyri and Ashton are the children of the Bride and bonus children of the Groom. They are 13 and 11 and are literally our everything. They center and challenge us, and keep us laughing! Of all the things and people we’re grateful for, they top the list. Azyri, our eldest, is the feisty one. She’s got a giant heart and a unique style. We know her naturally nurturing spirit and unique perspective of the world will take her far in life. Ashton is our super quiet, yet super silly son. He loves to play basketball and he’s pretty good at it. We believe his talent for putting things together and helping others will serve him well in his future endeavors. They say they are excited for us to get married, and even more excited to eat and party at the wedding.

Rev. Wilson is the cousin-in-love of the Groom, and we’re excited to have him officiate our ceremony. His wife, Patricia- “Tee” as we call her-, is the cousin (who’s more like an aunt) of the Groom. We’re honored that she’s accepted the special task of lighting the candles in Memory of our Parents.
