Derek is my younger brother and my lifetime best friend. When we were young we were inseparable, even when we both got grounded we would lay with our heads outside our bedroom doors just to chat with each other until we fell asleep. From a young age he has always been one of the most talented/creative people I know. From his humor to his art, he inspired me at an early age to pursue any hobby or creative thought my mind could dream up.
Allison Parker

Even though Allison is my baby sister, she's the one I call when I need advice or just want to talk. She's an inspiration to me and I couldn't be more proud of her. You can expect she'll be the first one on the dance floor, and the last one to leave it!
Andrew Scheibe

I met Andrew through Sarah and immediately we hit it off. So much so, that we became roommates a couple months later when he moved to Chicago. We bonded over playing instruments, having food crawls, and having the worst upstairs neighbors anyone could dream of. Andrew became one of my best friends in such a short amount of time. He is the greatest support system and someone who would drop anything to help anyone. He has had such an impact on my and Sarah's lives that we have also asked him to officiate our wedding.

Rosie and I met in preschool at St. Germaine. She's my best friend, my confidant, my partner-in-crime. She's a fierce Italian and the one I would choose to be on my side if I ever needed a wing woman. She's been there since day one and I can confidently say we will be causing havoc at the retirement homes when we're old and gray.

Creon is one of my closest and oldest friends. We met in college as I was just sitting on a park bench and he asked to join and we chatted for what felt like days. We lived together for many years and have made some great memories traveling together. He has inspired me to pursue my career and remains a great friend to this day.
Michelle Maslanka
Bridesmaid
Michelle is Rosie's sister, but I consider her mine as well. She's one of those people that just makes the energy in the room feel different just by being there, in the best way. She's creative, hilarious, and an all around wonderful person.
Ryan Gardner
Groomsman
Ryan and I accidentally met through brewing. In hindsight, after that first conversation about our mutual love of various wild yeast and bacteria for souring beers, it probably should've been obvious that we'd continue to find we had way more in common than we initially thought. From playing guitar, to tinkering with/designing things, to a general aversion to other people, Ryan and I always seem to find ourselves deep in thought; coming up with new ways to look at (and complicate) familiar objects and ideas.

Kels went to ISU with Rosie and we met during one of my many visits there. We became close friends and eventually ended up living together in the city, bonding even more over many glasses of boxed wine. She's my designated hype woman and is truly a gem of a human, I feel so lucky to have her in my life.
