Having both "studied" at Ole Miss, Parker and William are no strangers to having a good time. Ultimately, it was Parker's natural proclivities to "laissez les bon-temps roulez" that caught William's attention at the pool at Brighton Village in Oxford, MS, as Parker popped the cork on a bottle of Veuve Clicquot. After texting and messaging back and forth, the two went on a couple of lunch dates and got to know each other a little more, but knowing he was about to leave for some time abroad, William ultimately decided the timing was wrong and left for France soon thereafter. Parker would go on to invest most of his time learning from and shadowing the fabulous Elizabeth Heiskell, and upon William's return to Oxford from France, Parker had moved on to a fast-paced life in the catering world with little patience for a man who can't make up his mind. Before leaving Oxford again after graduation, William promised Parker that if fate ever crossed their paths again, he wouldn't fight it. Fast forward to 2019, Parker has moved to New Orleans to begin his career in interior design, and William is interviewing for a job at Tulane. William called Parker, not knowing if his call would even go through, and after dinner that evening, William admitted that fate had found its way, and the rest is sweet, sweet history.
