What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will be held in a location only accessible by hotel shuttle. Shuttles will depart from the Equinox Resort rear parking lot to take guests to the ceremony location beginning at 3:50pm with the final shuttle departing at 4:15pm.

What should I wear?

Answer

Welcome Party: a sundress with heels or sandals, or shorts and a blouse for the ladies. For the guys, a button-down or polo. Wedding & Reception: Suits, cocktail dresses or floor-length dress. *The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held on grass and uneven pavement, please choose footwear accordingly*

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do, but we've decided to make this an adults-only event.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Private vehicles are not allowed at the ceremony site. Shuttles will be provided from the Equinox Resort parking lot to the Pond Pavilion for the ceremony and reception.

Is there parking for the welcome party?

Answer

Yes. Free parking is available in the front of The Crooked Ram, and in the parking lot behind. If parking lots are full, you can find additional parking at the Orvis flagship store, just two buildings down on Main Street. Alternatively, The Crooked Ram is about an 8 minute walk from the Equinox Resort.
