To help us plan, please RSVP no later than April 30th. Due to venue and catering requirements, we’re unable to accommodate guests who RSVP after the deadline. If we don’t receive your response by April 30th, we’ll sadly have to assume that you’re unable to attend.
Due to venue capacity, we kindly ask that you do not bring additional individuals other than the guests listed on your RSVP. If you’re unsure whether your invitation includes a plus-one, please review your personal RSVP details on our website.
As listed above with plus-ones, kids are welcome as long as they have been listed on your RSVP. We know many of our guests have little kiddos and we don't want that to prevent them from joining us on our big day. We will have small activities set up for them during the reception as well!
Our dress code is Rustic Formal — think Sunday best meets an elevated outdoor celebration. The venue is outdoors and has a relaxed but polished feel (more outdoor warehouse than barn), so we’d love outfits that feel dressy yet comfortable. Below you can find some (hopefully) helpful guidelines: - No jeans, please. - Dresses, skirts, slacks, button-downs, blazers, and suits are all great choices. - We encourage earthy, muted tones that complement the natural setting. Think: sage, olive, taupe, brown, rust, terracotta, beige, soft blues, charcoal, or similar neutrals. - Please avoid bright colors or loud patterns — subtle prints and solid colors photograph best and fit the vibe of the day. - The bridesmaids will be wearing a lavender purple, so we kindly ask guests to avoid that color, as well as white or anything close to it. That said, we truly want you to feel comfortable and confident. If you don’t own something that perfectly fits this description, don’t stress — just aim for dressy, thoughtful, and comfortable for the setting.
Please arrive no earlier than [3:45pm] and no later than 4:20pm. Our ceremony will begin at 4:30pm, and we would love to have everyone settled in their seats before it begins, as the Bride will have to cross the venue to arrive at the ceremony location and we don't want to spoil her grand entrance! The wedding party will also be busy with last-minute preparations right up until the ceremony, so please arrive no earlier than [3:45pm] to prevent any disruptions or distractions.
Yes! The venue has onsite parking with parking attendants ready to help direct traffic. The reception will take place at the same location as the ceremony, so you only need to worry about parking once to enjoy the day with us!
Weather-permitting, our ceremony will take place outside. Once you arrive, please make your way to the lawn and find your seat! We will enjoy the patio and indoor area during the reception! Should it rain on our wedding day (first we will take it as good luck!) and the ceremony will be moved inside the building onsite. Any changes will be communicated as it gets closer!
During the ceremony we ask that you please refrain from using any cellphones, cameras, or other devices. We want our guests to be present and enjoy this once-in-a-lifetime moment with us! During the reception, however, we encourage you to take photos! We will even have a digital photo album set up for you to share your photos with the Bride and Groom.
Yes, a small selection of alcoholic beverages will be available for those who choose to partake during the cocktail hour and reception. We fully respect that some of our guests choose not to drink, and there will be plenty of non-alcoholic beverages available. Please feel free to celebrate in whatever way feels most comfortable to you.
Absolutely! If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, there is a place on your RSVP where you can let us know! We will do our best to accommodate those needs so everyone can enjoy the reception dinner.
