Wedding Attire and Venue

Answer

We would like our guests to dress in formal attire but it is not required or a black tie. The wedding ceremony will be outside and even in August, Montana weather can be unpredictable. It can rain, hail, or be hot and smoky. Please be prepared for any type of weather. This wedding will be on a ski hill and the ground is uneven so make sure you're wearing comfortable shoes. The reception will be indoors. We want our guests to be comfortable and we are very excited to celebrate with you!

Cell Phone Policy

Answer

We want our guests to be present so please do not use your cell phone or any other camera devices during the ceremony. Snowbowl does not have cell service but there is wifi in the lodge. We will also have a polaroid guest book and cell phones can be used after the ceremony. We will share photos from the day by request.

Transportation

Answer

Please visit our transportation section on our website. We will have a shuttle that will leave the Town Pump Gas Station at Grant Creek and Grant Creek Inn at 3:30 pm and 3:45 pm. The shuttle will leave Snowbowl at 7:30 pm, 8:30 pm and 9:30 pm. There is a large parking at Snowbowl but no overnight camping. Please do not drink and drive. We love all of you and want everyone to get home safe and sound. The bar will close at midnight and if you do not have a sober ride, please plan to leave on the shuttle. There are Uber options at the Town Pump Gas Station at Grant Creek.

Places to Stay

Please see the section on our website about the Best Western Inn at Grant Creek. Snowbowl does not offer any other lodging with the exception of our wedding party and immediate family. We have a block of rooms at the Best Western. Please contact us if you would like a room. Thank you!

Wedding Weekend

Answer

Please see our schedule listed on the website. Ann and Mike Munsey are hosting welcome dinner and drinks at their house on Thursday August 7th (see Schedule section). Everyone is welcome. Our rehearsal dinner on Friday August 8th is reserved for family and the wedding party and will be at the Keep Restaurant. Please let us know if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions. We will have a variety of appetizers, salads and an open bar. Dinner will be Snowbowl's famous wood fire pizza (vegetarian, dairy free and gluten free options available). We will do our best to accommodate, thanks in advanced!
