We have a block of rooms at Warwick Seattle. We also recommend Alexis Sonesta or CitizenM, both closer to Pioneer Square. More info can be found under the Travel heading.
We're falling somewhere between cocktail attire and dressy casual. We want everyone to be comfortable (within reason - please leave your jeans and sweats for Sunday brunch), so we have no expectations of tuxedos or high heels. We encourage shoes comfortable enough for dancing!
Please plan to arrive by 4:45pm. There is a concert not far from the venue starting at 5:30pm, so please leave plenty of time to account for traffic or finding parking.
We encourage guests to arrange their own transportation to and from the venue. Due to the downtown location and the concert that evening, we recommend public transportation or rideshares, such as Uber or Lyft, for convenience.
There is not a specific parking lot for the venue. There are several garages in the vicinity, however with the concert, it will be limited and expensive. We encourage using public transit or Uber/Lyft as much as possible. You may also be able to reserve a parking spot using Spot Hero (www.spothero.com)
We kindly ask that everyone put their phones and cameras away during the ceremony. We want you to be fully present and enjoy the moment with us. Our photographers and videographer will capture off the special memories, so you can relax and be part of the experience. We welcome phones and cameras the rest of the evening! Feel free to capture any and all of the fun!
Yes! Chicken tenders and mac & cheese will be available for the kids. However, there are no high-chairs available at the venue, so if one is necessary, you may need to bring your own.
