Question

Are there any changes to your wedding plans in light of COVID-19?

Answer

In light of state restrictions, and the concern of our guests’ well-being surrounding COVID-19, we postponed our original September 12, 2020 wedding date to June 4, 2021. Although we still decided to get married in September, in an intimate ceremony here in New York City, we look forward to celebrating our union with all our closest friends and family members this June! We want to hug. We want to dance. We want to see smiles. We are carefully monitoring New York State guidelines for our event, and plan on complying with all regulations for our vow renewal ceremony, and reception. Right now, that means suggesting a COVID test for non-vaccinated guests. As per New York State guidelines, vaccinated guests do not need to wear masks (but please do whatever you are most comfortable with).

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids, but we prefer you take the night off from parenting to truly immerse yourself in celebrating with us :)

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking in the lower lot at Two Hearts! We'd like to keep the upper lot clear, as to not interfere with any photos/video.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely let us know if you have an allergy we should be aware of so we can have our caterer accommodate your needs!

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered through Zola! Please see the "Registry" tab on this website :)

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

You know us. You've been to weddings. You know what to wear. Please dress to impress, but also be comfortable! LADIES! Leave the stilettos at home; our venue is outdoor, and we don't want you getting stuck in the grass/gravel (a chunkier heel or wedge would probably work best if you're going in that direction).

Question

We are having an unplugged ceremony :)

Answer

We are so excited that some people may want to capture this special moment on their iPhones and cameras, but we ask that you respectfully leave the photos/videos to the professionals!

Question

Will there be transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

Yes! We have booked transportation for guests from the hotel to the venue, and then back to the New Paltz hotel area, after the reception. There will be one bus departing at 1:45 pm, and one bus departing at 2:45 pm. At the end of the night, there will be a departure back to New Paltz at 8:15 pm (for guests who may want to leave a bit earlier), and a departure a little after 9:00 pm :) There is also Uber/Lyft available in the area for guests who may not want to take a bus!
