Flight
The closest major airport to Canmore is Calgary International Airport (YYC), located approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes east of Canmore. The Calgary airport is very easy to navigate. When booking flights, United and Air Canada seem to have the best deals. Guests flying in from Denver, Chicago, and Houston can fly direct on a variety of airlines. Guests coming from Indiana are recommended to fly out of Detroit for a non-stop flight, or Indianapolis if you don’t mind a stopover. Some stopovers are in Denver if you plan to fly with others!
Rental Car
Transportation from Calgary International Airport (YYC) to Canmore **Uber & Lyft are not offered in Canmore, so please note this for getting around including to the ceremony. Once you arrive at YYC, we recommend either renting a car or using one of the preferred shuttle services to get to Canmore. Rental Cars: (Best Option): The car rental at the Calgary airport is extremely easy, and you can walk there from the baggage claim. • Booking Tip: Book your rental car as early as possible (9-12 months out!) to secure the best rates and vehicle availability. Last-minute rentals in peak season can be exorbitant or impossible to find. • National Park Passes: You will need to purchase a Parks Canada Pass upon entering Banff National Park if you plan to drive within the park boundaries. • Parking in Canmore: Parking is very easy and accessible in Canmore at hotels, Airbnb’s, and the downtown. There will also be ample parking at the venue, however the reception will be walkable to the vast majority of accommodations.
Rental Car

They are comfortable, reliable, and eliminate the need to navigate unfamiliar roads or find parking. • Providers: Popular options include Banff Airporter and Brewster Express. • Pros: Convenient, no driving stress, cost-effective if you're not renting a car, eco-friendly. • Cons: Fixed schedules, might make a few stops. • Booking Tip: Book your shuttle tickets well in advance, especially for August/September 2026, as they do fill up quickly.

Paris & Blake are staying right by the venue in an Airbnb. There are plenty of Airbnb and VRBO options in Canmore, many within walking distance of the reception at 125 Kananaskis Way. Most guests will be staying in nearby condos and resorts, so we recommend booking early to stay close to the action!
