Ci sarà un trasporto da e per il luogo del matrimonio? / Will there be transport to and from the wedding venue?

Sì, all'andata: ci sarà un pullman da Pozzallo a Villa Gisana, chiediamo agli ospiti di incontrarsi in Piazza delle Rimembranze alle 15:00 - questa è la stessa piazza dove abbiamo fatto il brindisi di venerdì. *Vi preghiamo di comunicarci se volete prendere il pullman, in modo che non parta senza di voi! Al ritorno, ci sarà una navetta da Villa Gisana a Pozzallo in due punti durante la notte fra circa le 12:30 e le 2:00. Se avete bisogno di aiuto per organizzare un taxi che vi porti altrove, fatecelo sapere! / Yes, on the way there: there will be a coach from Pozzallo to Villa Gisana, we ask guests to meet in Piazza delle Rimembranze at 15:00 - this is the same square where we will have had drinks on Friday. *Please let us know if you would like to take the coach so it doesn't leave without you!* On the way back, there will be a shuttle from Villa Gisana to Pozzallo at two points during the night, between around 12:30 and 2am. If you need help arranging a taxi to take you elsewhere, let us know!

No, non abbiamo una lista di regali. Naturalmente la cosa più importante per noi è festeggiare il nostro matrimonio con voi, ma se state pensando di farci un regalo, apprezzeremmo un contributo per il nostro futuro insieme./No, we don't have a gift list. Of course the most important thing for us it to celebrate our wedding with you, however if you are considering giving us a gift, we would appreciate a contribution towards our future together.

Possiamo lanciare i coriandoli?/Can we throw confetti?

Sì, è possibile lanciare coriandoli, purché si tratti di petali o di riso, ma non di carta!/ Yes, you can throw confetti, as long as it is either petals or rice, please no paper!

Il matrimonio sarà all'aperto? / Will the wedding be outdoors?
Answer
Sì, la cerimonia e il ricevimento si terranno all'aperto. La temperatura potrebbe abbassarsi la sera, quindi assicuratevi di portare uno strato in più per sicurezza / Yes, the wedding ceremony and reception will be held outdoors. The temperature may drop in the evening so make sure to bring a layer just in case.

Sarà difficile indossare i tacchi? / Will wearing heels be difficult?

Alcune parti della sede sono caratterizzate da ciottoli che potrebbero essere difficili da percorrere con i tacchi. Si consiglia di portare un paio di scarpe basse per ogni evenienza / Some parts of the venue have cobble stones which may be tricky to navigate with heels. We recommend that you bring a pair of flats just in case.

Ho bisogno di affittare una macchina? / Do I need to hire a car?

Se vi fermate in Sicilia solo per un breve periodo, è possibile spostarsi senza auto. C'è un pullman dall'aeroporto di Catania al centro di Pozzallo (e ritorno) e ci saranno dei taxi navetta da e per il luogo del matrimonio. Se vi fermate solo per il weekend, vi consigliamo di alloggiare a Pozzallo o nelle vicinanze. Se volete raggiungerci a casa Cifali la domenica, potete prendere un taxi per il breve tragitto di 10 km da Pozzallo, oppure organizzare un passaggio con altri ospiti che guidano / If you are only staying in Sicily for a short time it is possible to move around without a car. There is a coach from Catania airport to Pozzallo centre (and back) and there will be shuttle taxis to and from the wedding venue on the Saturday. If you only staying for the weekend, we recommend that you stay in or close to Pozzallo. If you would like to join us at the Cifali house on Sunday, you can take a taxi for the short 10km drive from Pozzallo, or arrange a lift with other guests who are driving. If you plan to stay in Sicily for longer than the weekend and would like to visit other places on the island, then we recommend that you hire a car as public transport is quite limited.

Sì, ci saranno opzioni vegetariane e vegane, nonché un'opzione senza glutine. Vi preghiamo di comunicarci se preferite una di queste opzioni e se avete delle allergie / Yes, there will be vegetarian and vegan options as well as a gluten free option. Please let us know if you prefer one of these options and if have any allergies.

C'è un codice di abbigliamento per il matrimonio? / Is there a dress code for the wedding?

Non c'è un codice di abbigliamento specifico, gli italiani amano vestirsi bene per i matrimoni, ma vi invitiamo a indossare ciò che vi fa sentire a vostro agio per festeggiare! / There is no specific dress code, Italians love to dress up for weddings but please wear whatever you feel comfortable celebrating in!
