You will need to provide your first name, last name, dates of travel, room category, and your credit card information including the billing address. Deadline to book is February 11th, 2019. There is a three night minimum, but we encourage everyone to take advantage of the trip and stay as long as you'd like! Room Rate includes: Hotel Stay All inclusive plan- All meals as well as unlimited alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks Shows and entertainment on the property Taxes (Except the mandatory Eco Tax to be paid upon check-in, $20 MXN per room per night) A comfortable payment plan Room Rates: Room rates vary depending on how many adults you have per room: **Single occupancy = 1 person in a room **Double occupancy = 2 Adults sharing a room **Triple occupancy = 3 Adults sharing a room **Child rate = kids between 6-17 years sharing a room with two adults. Payment Plans
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT PLANS: 1st Deposit: To hold your room we will need a deposit of $75 USD per person. 2nd Deposit: $100 USD per person Due February 18th, 2019. Final Payment: The remaining balance will be due March 20th, 2019. IN CASE YOU NEED TO CANCEL THE TRIP: From the time of booking to February 11th, 2019, your deposit is refundable. From February 12th, 2019 to March 19th, 2019, there is a $175 USD per person penalty to reduce or cancel any room From March 20th, 2019 to your Travel Date any room cancellation will result in 100% penalty per room
