Yes, we will have a shuttle service from downtown Estes to the venue. The shuttle will depart from Expedition Lodge ( 1701 N Lake Ave Estes Park, CO 80517) at 4:30pm sharp. It will then head to the Estes Park Visitors Center ( 500 Big Thompson Ave Estes Park, CO 80517) and depart at 4:45pm to Della Terra Mountain Chateau. The final shuttle will depart again from Expedition Lodge ( 1701 N Lake Ave Estes Park, CO 80517) at 5:20pm sharp. It will then head to the Estes Park Visitors Center ( 500 Big Thompson Ave Estes Park, CO 80517) and depart at 5:30pm to Della Terra Mountain Chateau. At the end of the evening we will have shuttles leaving from Della Terra Mountain Chateau at 10pm and 11pm with drop offs at both Expedition Lodge and Estes Park Visitors Center.
Yes, there are parking spaces available at the venue for those who wish to drive themselves. For those who prefer to drive and leave your car overnight, please plan to pick up your car by 10am the next morning, per the venue’s request. Thank you
The ceremony will start promptly at 6pm. Please allow yourself enough time to park and get seated.

The dress code is Formal. Men should wear a suit or tuxedo and women should wear a cocktail dress or gown.
