Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions!
We love your little ones but this an adults-only event! Enjoy a night off and come ready to party!
We kindly ask guests to dress in formal attire. For women, this typically means floor-length gowns or elegant midi dresses. For men, a suit with a tie (or tuxedo) is appropriate.
There will be an hour break between the church ceremony & cocktail hour. You are welcome to freshen up back at the hotel, grab a drink at the hotel bar, or stop in one of the many restaurants on Park Ave on the way to the venue.
We will provide transportation back to the hotels following the reception. Buses will be dropping guests off at the Hilton Garden Inn, which shares a parking lot with the Springhill Suites. There is plenty of parking at the church if you would like to drive to the ceremony, but please be advised cars may not be parked there overnight. The reception is a mile walk from the ceremony if you choose to walk down Park Ave, or there are plenty of Ubers/Lyfts available.
There is very limited parking available at the Rice Family Pavilion. We strongly encourage taking an Uber/Lyft to the venue after the ceremony. There will be transportation provided to back to the hotels following the reception. While there is parking available at the church, overnight parking is not permitted.
