Though we didn’t officially meet until over a decade after our paths first crossed, our love story began long before that. Jack spent his 6th-10th grade years in my hometown of Orlando, with us even attending the same high school together for a brief time. Whether it was in the hallways at school or while Jack practiced golf right outside my front door, we unknowingly spent five years just steps away from each other. Fast forward to 2023—both of us had graduated college and were building our careers, with Jack in Jersey City and me in Orlando. Despite the distance, Jack kept in touch with the friends he made in Florida during his younger years and often dreamt of moving back to the state to settle down. Thanks to the help of those mutual friends (shoutout to Ashley and Troy Habeeb) we were eventually put in touch. Text messages turned into phone calls which turned into Facetimes for hours each night until Jack officially booked his ticket to fly to Florida for the weekend. After that first visit, the rest was history. What started with one weekend together quickly turned into countless plane trips and eventually navigating moves across state lines. We’ve shared so many incredible moments and each step has brought us closer to this day. Now, we couldn’t be more excited to celebrate our wedding with all of you—our family and friends who have supported us along the way. We can't wait to create new memories and celebrate this special moment as we begin the next chapter of our love story together.
