Since the ceremony will take place on Friday afternoon, we highly recommend arriving on Thursday, May 28th, 2026.
We have arranged a room block at a nearby hotel for your convenience, and transportation to the ceremony will depart from this hotel.
Luggage will also be collected and taken directly to the reception venue for the weekend.
We highly recommend flying directly into Aspen/Pitkin County Airport, where transportation is free and convenient.
If you're flying into other nearby airports — Denver International Airport (approx. 3 hours 30 minutes from Aspen), Eagle County Regional Airport (approx. 1 hour 20 minutes), or Grand Junction Regional Airport (approx. 2 hours) — we recommend renting a car for the most flexibility. However, shuttles and other public transportation options are also available.

We have a room block reserved at The Inn at Aspen Hotel, with a special rate available specifically for Thursday, May 28. For any questions or cancellations related to this room block, please contact the hotel directly. We will be providing transportation only for guests staying at The Inn at Aspen Hotel, with pickup from this location to the ceremony. There are many other lodging options available throughout town; however, if you choose to stay at a different hotel, you will need to arrange your own transportation. In that case, the easiest way to reach the ceremony location is by taxi. For guests staying downtown, Aspen’s free shuttle bus is also a convenient option.
