Please RSVP by Friday, February 20th, 2026. Since our celebration includes a 2-night stay at the retreat, payment for your stay is also due by that date. Please note: by confirming your attendance, you’re also confirming your stay at the retreat. The venue requires all guests to stay for the full duration, and early departures aren’t allowed. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Since the ceremony will take place on Friday afternoon, we highly recommend arriving on Thursday, May 28th, 2026. A room block has been arranged for your convenience. You can find more information on the Travel section in the invitation.
We highly recommend flying directly into Aspen/Pitkin County Airport, where transportation is free and convenient. Complimentary buses and taxis are available to get you where you need to go. If you're flying into other nearby airports — Denver International Airport (approx. 3 hours 30 minutes from Aspen), Eagle County Regional Airport (approx. 1 hour 20 minutes), or Grand Junction Regional Airport (approx. 2 hours) — we recommend renting a car for the most flexibility. However, shuttles and other public transportation options are also available.
Yes. Transportation will be provided to the ceremony, the retreat, and back to downtown Aspen on Sunday, May 31st. Please note that this service is available only for guests traveling from out of town or abroad. If you live locally, we kindly ask that you drive your own car. From downtown Aspen, you can arrange your own transportation to the airport or to other accommodations if you plan to stay longer.
We’ve got you covered with transportation to and from both the ceremony and the reception. Getting around between Aspen and Snowmass is super easy (and free!), but if you'd rather have your own wheels, feel free to rent a car. Honestly though, Aspen is super walkable—you might not even need one!
Yes, there’s parking available at the venue! If you’re planning to bring a car, just let us know so we can make sure everything’s set for you at the retreat.
Keep an eye on our website—we're arranging a room block at a nearby hotel for the night of Thursday, May 28th, 2026. For this reason, we recommend arriving the day before the wedding. Transportation to and from the venue will be provided, and your luggage will be picked up from the hotel and brought directly to the retreat while you're at the ceremony. More details coming soon!
Yes, meals will be included. Please check the registration page for more details.
Due to the nature of this wedding retreat, we kindly recommend attending without children.
Due to the set-up of our wedding, we can only invite the number of guests we have planned for. Thank you for understanding!
Expect daytime highs around 60–70°F (15–20°C) and cool evenings. We recommend bringing a sweater and a jacket for comfort.
