When should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive by 4:00 pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 pm.

Where can I park?

Answer

There will be plenty of parking available at the ceremony site. We highly recommend that you stay overnight either at Pine Rose Cabins or at a nearby location if you would like to avoid driving down the mountain at night.

Kids are welcome if they are included in the wedding invitation.

To keep our wedding intimate, the wedding will be invite only. Thank you for your understanding.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Guests are encouraged to wear semi-formal attire and comfortable shoes. For any heels, please be mindful as the venue has rustic wooden panels that may have gaps in between. Please be mindful of the weather at the venue and dress accordingly.

Will there be an open bar?

No, we will be providing only bride and groom cocktails as well as a small selection of beer and wine. Please drink responsibly!

If you have any dietary restrictions, please note that information in your RSVP form as soon as possible. Our caterer will review special requests to see if they will be able accommodate them.
