We will be hosting a casual BBQ at our home, the day before the wedding. If you are in the area, we'd love to say a quick hello before the big day! We are planning to have indoor & outdoor seating. Our home address can be found on the "Open House" insert in your wedding invitation.

Shuttle from Hotels to Wedding & Reception

Spirit Coach picks up guests at hotels (Embassy, 800 Monroe St., 35801, Springhill Suites, 745 Constellation Dr., 35801, Hampton Inn, 313 Clinton Ave. 35801) **Pickup time at the hotels is 2:00pm**
Wedding and Reception
3:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Attire: Cocktail or Semi-Formal
2:30pm - Coffee & Hot Chocolate Bar 3:30pm - Wedding Ceremony 4:00pm - Cocktail Hour 5:30pm - Reception *We are planning to have our ceremony and cocktail hour outside. The reception is indoors. The current forecast is a little chilly. We will have hot coffee, hot chocolate, and hand warmers available before the ceremony. There will be space heaters during cocktail hour, and if it is getting too cold the inside reception area will be open.*

Spirit Coach picks up guests at wedding reception and transports them to hotels (Embassy, 800 Monroe St., 35801, Springhill Suites, 745 Constellation Dr., 35801, Hampton Inn, 313 Clinton Ave. 35801). **Pickup times at the wedding venue are 8:30pm, 10:00pm, and 11:15pm**
