UNESCO World Heritage Site, preserved colonial area with stunning Baroque architecture. Featuring "Casonas", ornate churches, and charming alleys lined with cafes, restaurants, museums, and boutique shops. If you want to do a full tour "Los Arcos" viewpoint is a good place to start and walk from there. Another option is to take a touristic bus so they show you around downtown. At night there are "Legends and Myths" live shows, for English you have to contact them in advance to arrange a translator.
