FLIGHTS
The easiest way to reach Madrid is by flying into Adolfo Suarez Madrid-Barajas Airport. This airport is about 20-35 minutes away from the recommended hotels. The best way to get from the airport to your accommodation is by uber or taxi.
We recommend booking your flight directly through an airline to prevent any unnecessary issues with third-party vendors, such as Expedia. Our favorite airlines are Air France, British Airways or Delta.
PASSPORT INFORMATION
Please make sure your passport is up to date and not expiring within 6 months of traveling to Madrid. If your passport is expiring, passport renewals can usually be done online.
BANK
We recommend notifying your bank and credit card company of travel ahead of time.
SUGGESTIONS
If you plan to extend your trip, we suggest adding days at the end of your trip instead of the beginning. Madrid's Christmas Lighting takes place on the last Friday in November which is also Black Friday! Madrid's Shopping is on another level.
