Although Alex threw a temper tantrum when she first learned about Katie's upcoming existence in the world 24 years ago, she eventually realized her little sister had the same warped sense of humor and can roast her in a way only a true Gen Z knows possible. Known for her quick wit and loud cackle, she's been the bride's go-to for everything from late-night vent sessions to honest opinions while shopping for everything from jeans to wedding dresses.

Both the epitome of "Yes Girls," Alex and Bryce are always up for a good time and tend to say "twist my arm" instead of "no, thanks." Desperately trying to flee the nest after COVID temporarily dismantled their careers, Bryce and Alex moved into their Soulard apartment together in 2021 and shared many late night heart-to-hearts and watched countless music videos after a night out at the bars. Alex misses their giant comfy sectional couch almost as much as she misses seeing Bryce everyday.

From the moment that Sophie was brought into Cole’s life she has been loving, caring, and supportive of her big brother. Sophia has a way with words that has always kept Cole in check, guiding him straight many times over the years.

Lilly is Cole’s ball of sunshine youngest sister. Ride or die for her family, Lilly would (probably) help Cole get away with murder.

Alex and Danielle went to Nerinx and then Missouri State together where they were both business majors and in the same sorority. Alex looks up to Danielle for always having all her ducks in a row and for always helping Alex wrangle her crazy flock!

Marissa and Alex went to Nerinx, and most recently, Africa together! Marissa is one of Alex’s favorite travel buddies and is always down to plan a good theme party (and construct the balloon arch backdrop for said theme party).

Morgan and Alex met at Nerinx and solidified their friendship by getting lost downtown before GPS on cell phones was a thing - they belted out Super Bass by Nicki Minaj while trying to navigate their way back home using printed MapQuest directions.

Andrea and Alex met during their Freshman year at Missouri State and soon became next-door neighbors in the best (but definitely dingiest) college apartment during Junior year—long live Cherry Plaza! Alex feels super lucky to call someone who snagged the "Class Individual" superlative in high school one of her dearest friends.

Alex and Courtney met when they lived across the hall from each other at Missouri State during their freshman year. They became fast friends and sorority sisters and spent 2 years as roommates avoiding cooking, riding their bikes to class, and re-watching Hot Rod for the 500th time.

Alex and Jasmine became sorority sisters at Missouri State and spent many nights ruining their voices at Piano Bar in Springfield. Jasmine is by far the best hugger out of Alex’s friends - is it because of their perfect height difference, or is it just magic?

Kelsey and Alex are college friends and sorority sisters. On their Senior year Spring Break trip, Kelsey brought an entire mini-fridge from Springfield to the Air BnB in Gulf Shores because she is always prepared for the worst. Kelsey is the friend Alex would trust most to help survive a zombie apocalypse.

Kellie and Alex's paths crossed at Missouri State, where they quickly bonded and became sorority sisters. When Cole moved back from Denver in 2021, he met Kellie as a new coworker at the school where they both taught. After Alex met Cole at a Halloween party that year and found out Kellie and Cole worked together, she confessed her big new crush to Kellie and enlisted in her wingwoman services to pass along the phone number she meant to give out to Cole at the party. Cole and Alex are thrilled that one of their beloved "invisible strings" who connected them before they even met one another will be officiating their wedding ceremony, joining them together as husband and wife!
Jack Rowland

When Jack and Cole met in the 7th grade, they almost immediately became best friends. From their early teenage years onward, Cole and Jack have made countless memories together including visiting each other at college (Jack went to Indiana University, Cole to Mizzou), starting a pandemic book club together, going to concerts together, and even being neighbors in Kirkwood for a few years before going off to college. From the day they met in 2008 until today Jack has always been someone whom Cole has been able to rely on to bring positivity, humor, and unwavering support into his life. Jack has seen Cole through both highs and lows of his life, and without a doubt Jack has helped make Cole the guy he is today. Only having sisters, Cole views Jack as the brother he never had and is very proud to have him as his best man on what will be one of the most important days of his life.

Cole met Tim while attending Westchester Elementary school. A friend of Cole’s since his chunky days, Tim is a great friend who also serves as Cole’s fishing guide. Cole will always be grateful to Tim for convincing him to adopt his dog Harper and for all of the great times they shared while both living in Colorado.

Alex's super successful, PhD-holding younger brother. (He's single, ladies). From the age of 3 going on 30, Michael has always had an old soul and is a great sport when his sisters get a little bossy. Alex admires Michael’s patience and dedication to becoming the smartest person in the room!

Cole met Mason at Kirkwood High School. “The Gruesome Twosome”, Cole and Mason have always been able to bond over things like lacrosse, music, and innovative ideas for restaurants (open to investors).

Cole and Jackson first became friends at North Kirkwood Middle School. Jack and Cole have many shared hobbies including reading sci fi, plants, and a love for 90’s rap music. A man of wisdom, Cole is grateful for all of the times Jack has given him advice and support over the years.
Matthew Berry

Cole and Matthew became friends shortly after meeting in middle school. Matthew has always been someone Cole looks up to, and also blames his tattoo addiction on.

Cole met Steve freshman year at Mizzou. Cole and Steve have many great memories together, including being roommates for two years. Cole will always be grateful for Steve's sense of humor and the good vibes he brings wherever he goes.
Nathan Easley

Cole met Nathan at Kirkwood High School. Nathan and Cole co-founded Kirkwood High School’s Club Peppy (not to be confused with the Kirkwood High School Pep Club). Cole and Nathan also lived together at Mizzou for three semesters

Cole met Sam at North Kirkwood Middle School. Being a longtime friend of Cole's, Sam has been in Cole's life through thick and thin. Sam is the one who brought Cole and Alex together at the City Museum!
