Come out to enjoy the themed rooms and wake up with a view of Big Blue! The wedding party will be staying here the night before the wedding, and we invite you to as well. This is also a great option for our local friends who don’t want to deal with driving up from Reno on Friday morning. Please make sure to reserve by August 16th!

Renaissance Hotel & Spa

One of our favorite hotels in downtown Reno located right along the Truckee River! To keep it simple for out of town guests, we recommend staying here Thursday night and Friday night, and driving up to the wedding Friday morning. It should take you about 50 minutes to make to Tahoe City, but we recommend leaving about an hour early to account for light traffic. Please make sure to reserve by August 16th!

Flight

Reno Tahoe International Airport

If you're flying in or out, we would recommend the Reno Tahoe airport! It's small and easy to navigate, and Megan has many fond memories of waiting at baggage claim to welcome international dignitaries and professionals for her former job!

North Lake Tahoe Express

If you are visiting from out of town, wanting to stay in Tahoe and do not plan to rent a car, there is a shuttle option! Please note, this shuttle will *not* deliver you early enough for the ceremony!
