Can we book our own reservation?

Not only is Cassandra very knowledgeable about your trip, she has arranged for group rates for our guests to ensure they are getting the best rate for their reservation. Your reservation will also count towards a lot of perks and wedding discounts for our big day! Remember, she PRICEMATCHES!

Wedding day attire?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will be in the sand next to the water and we will not be wearing heals (especially Tony). Linen pants, shirt and sandals for the men and ladies romper, maxi dress, sundress are the way to go!

Is this a family friendly trip?

Answer

Although we have a special place in our heart for all the kids in our life, this is for the big kids! If you do want to include your children in your vacation, you are able to arrange nanny services with the resort for the night of any wedding events. Please reach out to Cassandra for more information.

Do I need a passport to travel to Mexico?

Answer

Yes, you always need a passport to travel outside of your home country. For all American citizens, you can fill out your passport application and review all information at https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports.html/

What if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.”

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian, gluten free or special diet options?

Answer

If you have any dietary restrictions or preferences please email those with your reservation info to Cassandra in order to relay to our wedding coordinator on site.

Will there be transportation to/from the hotel?

Answer

Your transportation to and from the airport is included in the price of your reservation package! The shuttles are all a shared service. If you would like to upgrade to a private vehicle, please include that in your reservation request with Cassandra
