Maid of Honor
Annalise has been my friend for about 18 years now. We met in elementary school and became quick friends. We have lived through many life achievements and challenges together (as well as actually living together) and always have been a support system and cheerleader for the other. She is someone who would do anything for the people that she loves. She is one of the maid of honors for me; she is the sister I never had and wouldn't have it any other way than to have her be by my side on my wedding day.
Maid of Honor
Kiera is also a maid of honor for me at the wedding. Kiera and I met in Clackamas Community College, but became close during an economics class at OSU. I was able to live with Kiera when I transferred over to OSU. This brought our friendship together; she and I had so much fun! Between going on drives, or never missing western dancing with our friends on a Wednesday. Kiera has become one of my closest friends whom I love dearly. She is fun loving, hard working, and has a very big heart. I am so very grateful that our lives have crossed paths and see a life long friendship in our future.
Bridesmaid
Monique and I met at our barista job at Cowboy Coffee. Monique is one of the sweetest and bubbly people that you could ever meet. We became quick friends and spent majority of our time together when working at that coffee shop; whether it was working out, or spending time making meals at one of our homes. She is someone I love having a part of my life and brings a lot of joy within our friendship.
Bridesmaid
Hope and I also met at Cowboy Coffee years ago. I can't believe where the time has gone! I remember meeting Hope as she was just getting out of high school and we counted down the years until she would be 21. She is someone who cares so much about her friendships and cherishes connections that she makes. I am very glad that our paths crossed and that we are still close through the years and as we have gone on our journeys.
Bridesmaid
Emily and I met in middle school. I walked up to her on the first day of school and asked her "do you want to be my friend?" Not the coolest move perhaps, but to my luck she said yes. We did many activities throughout the years together with band, FFA, OHSET. Many things that we both loved, we could share together. Even though after high school we lived in different states, she has been someone that I have kept close in my heart and I am very happy to have her there on my wedding day.
Best Man
Finn and I met playing soccer in the 6th grade. I had just moved over from Idaho and didn’t know anyone. To be honest, it was all a blur from there of how we became best friends, but it happened very quickly, and lasted to this very day. I could tell about 100 anecdotal stories that represent me and Finn’s friendship, but I will just say that he has always been there for me through everything.
Best Man
Me and Oz became great friends during high school, through basketball, cross country, and playing Super Smash Bros on our lunch breaks. Since then we have made countless memories from wildland firefighting and living together in Corvallis. One of my favorite memories of Oz is going out to a river on a hot summer day and playing cribbage while listening to Atmosphere.
Groomsman
The nickname of 10k aptly comes to mind when I think of how I got to know Carson, which was with cross country and all of our running adventures. Since then we have always stayed great friends. Carson is one of those people that I feel like not seeing for a long time and pick right back up where we left off and have a great time. A core memory I have of Carson is him doing the milk challenge and trying to force himself to either finish it, or throw up.. Neither of which ended up happening
Groomsman
Me and Billy met wildland firefighting. Even though he worked out in the distant land of Florence, we spent a lot of time hanging out together and ended up living together in Corvallis. When I think of Billy I think of jamming out at our old house, going golfing and eating massive amounts of Thai food.
Brother of the Bride/Groomsman
Dakota is my older brother and who will also be joining our wedding party as a groomsman on our special day. Through the years we have become very close and he has been someone I can rely on to help me in need and to just enjoy his company. We are both very happy that he is a part of our group and will be joining us down the aisle. We both love the family time we get when spending time with Dakota especially when we get to be competitive with cards or yard games.
