Are children allowed?

As much as we love children, this is an adult only event.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to the size of our venue we have not given out any blank plus ones. We have addressed invitations accordingly.

What's the dress code?

Answer

Dress up with us! Semi-formal. Suits and cocktail/maxi dresses are welcome. Ladies should plan to wear heels that will not get stuck in grass. Our wedding party will be in navy and champagne.

Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that our ceremony stays unplugged and phones/cameras are put away. We have hired an amazing photographer and videographer to capture our special day. We can't wait to take photos with you during the reception!

Where should we stay?

Answer

One option is to stay downtown, just steps away from the night‑before festivities and the after‑party—this is where the bride and groom will be staying. The other option is to book a condo right on the property at Bernard’s Landing, which means you can fully enjoy the lakeside ceremony and reception and then simply stroll back to your place at the end of the night.

How will I get to and from the venue if I'm staying downtown?

Answer

We will have a shuttle leave Hotel Roanoke at 3:15PM. If you are late, you must plan alternate transportation that will get you safely to the venue. The shuttle will then leave the venue at 10PM.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! If you plan to drive to the venue instead of taking the shuttle, please let us know so we can ensure that there is ample parking for everyone.
