Let’s start the weekend in style! Join us at Stock Bistro for light snacks and a celebratory drink (or two) as we raise a glass and get the party underway. Within walking distance of both hotels!

Ceremony & Reception

4:30 pm - 9:30 pm

Attire: Semi-formal. Suits and cocktail dresses are welcome, and so Khakis/Sports Jacket and maxi dresses. Ladies should plan to wear heels that will not get stuck in grass.

Shuttles from Hotel Roanoke will depart no later than 3:15 PM. If you’re arranging your own transportation, please plan to arrive at the venue around 4:15 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. Immediately following, enjoy a cocktail hour with passed hors d’oeuvres. Then it’s time for the main event—dinner and dancing! Dinner will be served at stations, so you can sample everything without having to choose in advance. Return buses will depart Bernard’s Landing at 9:45 PM.
