What date should I RSVP by?

Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?

Answer

What time will the ceremony start?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4pm sharp so please plan your transportation and parking at the venue accordingly. We recommend guests arrive between 3:30pm-3:45pm to allow enough time to find your seats.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, but all our wedding events will be an adults-only celebration. If finding a babysitter presents any challenges, please feel free to reach out to Paige +1 (805) 807-5414 and we can provide some options to help. We truly hope this doesn’t prevent you from joining us!

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

We would love for our guests to come in formal attire. Formal attire is more formal than cocktail but not as formal as black tie. Options of What to Wear Men: A suit or a blazer with dress pants and dress shoes. Women: A formal cocktail dress, midi or floor length dress, nice jumpsuit, or pantsuit.

What's the best airport to use for travel?

Answer

Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) has the most flight options but Paine Field is slightly closer to the venue. We recommend checking times for both options and seeing what works best based on your accommodations and what transportation you'll be using.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, the Woodmark Hotel & Still Spa in Kirkland provides ample paid parking for wedding guests, primarily located in the multiple garages across the Carillon Point complex. Parking is available for guests to pay for on a first-come, first-served basis.

Will the wedding be outdoor or indoors?

Answer

The wedding will be taking place both outside under a covered tent as well as inside the hotel.

If I have a food allergy, can I make a request to accommodate?

Answer

Yes, if you have a specific food allergy that we need to know about please feel free to reach out to Paige +1 (805) 807-5414. We are providing a variety of options for dinner to accommodate our guests needs.
