Only a few days after we met on Hinge, we had our first date on November 8, 2019 that included dinner, karaoke, and a lot of laughter. From that night on, we knew something special was unfolding. Over the past five years, we've built a life full of adventure—whether we're exploring hidden gem restaurants around Seattle, traveling to new places, or taking the scenic route (always). What began as a spark has grown into a love that’s thoughtful, joyful, and endlessly fun. One winter evening, Doug had planned the perfect day—filled with all of their favorite places, memories, and one very big secret. After a special day together, they arrived at the restaurant where it all began. There, by the glow of the fire pit where their story first sparked, Doug got down on one knee and asked Paige to spend forever with him.
