Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to limited space, we hope you understand that our wedding will be kid free besides those participating in the wedding.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests that are included on your invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be listed on your invite by name or labeled "Guest."

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Formal invitations will be sent out shortly. Please RSVP by July 1st, 2024 by using the QR code on your invitation or by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes. We are asking that everyone dress Cocktail/Semi-formal Attire. *Please no jeans/denim pants

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We have a hotel block and all the information is under the Travel tab above. The hotel block is at The Hilton Garden Inn- Harrisburg East and that is where the Bride and Groom are staying too!

What time is the wedding?

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes. All buses will pick guests up at the hotel. One bus will depart at 3pm and two buses will be departing at 3:15pm that will arrive at the venue. The earlier bus will arrive a bit early and we will provide you with refreshing beverages to keep you cool prior to the ceremony.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at the venue. You are welcome to leave your car overnight but have to pick it up by 10AM. Although, if you plan to drink, we will be providing a shuttle service to and from the hotel, which we highly suggest.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

The property is called Stone Gables Estate and has a total of 3 wedding venues on property. We are getting married at The Star Barn and have also reserved St. Micheals Vineyard, so there is only a potential of one other wedding on the same day as us, at The Ironstone Ranch. If you wish to use your own transportation to get to the venue, as you drive in on Hollinger Lane, The Ironstone Ranch will be the first venue that you see. Make sure to take a right onto Star Barn Way and that will wrap around to our venue. You will not see The Star Barn until you get to the back of the property. Look for the pond and the big white barn!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! We are registered at Amazon and Macy's. You can also find all of our wedding gifts combined into one list under the Registry tab above.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! When you RSVP, there will be a section to pick your meal. When picking your meal, there will be an other/food allergy section. Please be specific on your allergy and we will make sure the caterer is informed!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes. We will have beer, wine, seltzers, and 2 speciality cocktails. We will have non alcoholic beverages as well.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding is scheduled to be outside at the Victorian Gazebo. We will make a decision at 8am the day of the wedding, if it needs to be moved inside.

What airports are close?

Answer

The closest airport is Harrisburg International Airport which is about 20 minutes away from our venue.
