The main city hubs to fly into are Dublin and Shannon. Shannon is located closer to the venue. We have assigned the hotel rooms for you if you confirmed you are coming. The hotel will begin contacting you approximately 3–4 weeks prior to arrival. The hotel will email you to confirm your reservation and provide a secure payment link for your booking. Please keep an eye out in your email for this hotel confirmation/payment link. We have a room block at the reception location for our guest with check-in Wednesday, June 3, 2026 and check-out on Saturday, June 6, 2026. Check-in will be 3:00pm and Check out will be 11:00am. For anyone wanting to know our vacation schedule for the trip, please see details below: We will be arriving in Dublin, Ireland on Sunday, May 31st at 4:20pm and leaving from Glasgow, Scotland on Saturday June 13th at 8am. I will update this with what cities we plan to be in daily as we confirm the plans.
