Is the wedding inside or outside?

Answer

Indoors! Our wedding will be held inside due to the unpredictability of Oklahoma weather.

What if I wish to go outside?

Answer

The venue features a covered patio area outside of the reception hall. There will be yard games outside if the weather permits. In any case, feel free to step out for a bit of fresh air or to get a break from the dance floor!

What should I wear?

Answer

Our biggest request is that guests refrain from wearing jeans. Past that, anything that falls under cocktail or semi-formal would be preferred.

May I bring my children?

Answer

Yes, you may -- and we hope they all attend! We understand that kids will be kids, but we do ask that they be respectful of the ceremony. Use your best judgement here. Bribe them with the freedom to let loose at the reception, if need be! As a reminder, there will be alcohol on-site, available for adult (21+) consumption. The bartender will be checking I.D.'s and security will be monitoring all individuals present. Please be responsible, especially if bringing along your young ones.

What about security?

Answer

Our venue requires and contracts security for all events. Members of the Oklahoma City Police Department will be providing this service.

May I bring my own drinks/booze?

Answer

Sorry, but this is a hard "No". For more reasons than we care to list, the bar inside the venue should be the only source of alcohol on the premises. Security will be monitoring all areas throughout the event.

What can I expect for parking?

Answer

The venue has a large, paved lot in the front and includes multiple handicap-specific spots.

May I take pictures or videos at this event?

Answer

During the ceremony, we respectfully ask that you **DO NOT** try to take your own pictures and videos. Professional photographers will be capturing all of our special moments throughout the ceremony and we want them to have the best opportunity to capture the magic! At the reception, it will be okay to shoot some of your own pictures and videos. The photographers will also be working the reception so please try to keep flashes from your phones to a minimum as these may disrupt the shots being captured by the photographers. Otherwise, all of the candid moments you want to capture, please, feel free to do so.

Where are the bathrooms?

The bathrooms are situated directly across from the bar, in the corridor between the ceremony and reception areas.

What are the rules for tobacco use?

Answer

Inside of the venue, absolutely no tobacco use is allowed. This includes vapes or e-cigarettes of any kind. There will be a designated smoking area on the back patio for guests. Please be respectful of the venue and make sure all tobacco waste makes it into an appropriate bin.
