Welcome Dinner

6:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Transportation: The shuttle will be stationed on Red River Street at the Fairmont Hotel at 5:30 pm to collect guests for the Welcome Dinner, and will depart for Mattie’s at 5:50 pm. There will be shuttles available following the conclusion of the Welcome Dinner to take guests back to the Fairmont Hotel.

Wedding

6:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Transportation: For guests driving to the venue, there will be a valet on site to assist with parking, since Laguna Gloria has limited parking spots available. There will be two shuttles available to take guests from the Fairmont Hotel to Laguna Gloria. Both shuttles will arrive at the hotel at 4:45 pm and will depart for Laguna Gloria at 5:00pm. The shuttles will pick guests up in Red River Street at the Fairmont. For guests wishing to make an early departure, one shuttle will be available at 9:30 pm, and will transport guests back to the Fairmont Hotel. Both shuttles will be available to transport guests back to the Fairmont Hotel upon conclusion of the wedding reception.
