Typical California boy, Chris cannot stand humidity and is afraid of bugs. He prides himself in understanding the underlyings of human nature after majoring in neuroscience and psychology in undergrad. After a lifetime in California, Chris decided to venture out of state to Duke for his MBA because of the high percentage of international students and the opportunity to explore internationally. It was at Duke that he met the love of his life, Stacey.

Relationship: College bestie / bday buddy (our birthday is one day apart!) Fun fact: True crime and horror film lover 🧟♀️ Favorite memory with Stacey: Stacey and I spent an entire afternoon at a random McDonald’s making a gigantic card for a friends birthday. Elementary school arts and crafts style. Unfortunately, the card was accidentally destroyed by Stacey’s coworker and since she didn’t have the guts to tell me, she bought more supplies and made an entire new copy of the original. How did I find out? She misspelled “Birthday.” Don’t ever change, Stacey. Jessica, “I’ve been friends with Stacey for a long long time, 17 years to be exact but who’s counting. She’s the classic extrovert who loves going around adopting introverts like me as friends, and I’m honestly grateful for that. I am confident I’ve seen and experienced all of Stacey’s various emotions (and she has more than the average person) and I can’t wait to see more sides to her. She’s a wonderful friend and I am really excited to be a part of her big day!”

That’s where I discovered her caring, attentive side in addition to her loud, obnoxious side that she presents to the world. Hopefully being her bridesmaid means she’ll finally say hi when she sees me 😉.”
