Take some time to walk around the D.C. monuments. Start at the Lincoln Memorial and enjoy the view of the National Mall, Jefferson Memorial, Washington Monument, and Capitol Building.
D.C. has a ton of amazing (and free!) museums for guests who are looking to kill a few hours. Some of our favorites are the National Portrait Gallery, The Hirshorn, Planet Word for some interactive exhibits, and The Renwick (right next to the White House if you want to kill two birds with one stone).
Most of you are staying in some of D.C.'s most vibrant, historic neighborhoods. Dupont Circle, Adams Morgan, U Street, Logan Circle, and Shaw are FULL of amazing restaurants and bars. We'll be posting some recommendations here, but when in doubt, text us and we can steer you in the right direction!
