We want you to wear whatever you feel most beautiful in! Fun cocktail attire requested. For our guests wearing high heels, the venue has unfinished concrete floors, so please be careful on the dance floor.
We love your kids, but we are requesting that the parents take Saturday night off and leave the little ones at home. We can recommend some excellent sitters in the DC-area. Kids are welcome to join us on Friday and Sunday!
Our venue is 99% indoors, but there is a small outdoor area for guests who need some fresh air. Weather at the end October is usually beautiful, but can dip to the low 50's (10 degrees Celsius) in the evenings, so if you're someone who likes to step outside for a breather, we recommend a jacket.
We are still ironing out some of the details, but cocktail hour will most likely start around 5/5:30 pm. We'll make sure to let everyone know the exact time once we do.
For our local guests, the venue is metro-accessible if you take the Green/Yellow line and get off at Mt. Vernon/7th St Convention Center stop. For our guests traveling in or with cars, parking is tricky in D.C.. We strongly recommend taking Ubers or Lyfts to get around the city.
The venue for Friday night Welcome Drinks is only accessible via staircase, but please let us know if stairs are an issue for you. The venue on Saturday for the Reception is fully accessible.
