Getting to Boulder

The Wedding Website of Allison Pachilis and Andrew Klymkowsky
Denver International Airport (DIA) is surprisingly simple to navigate. Once you deplane, you'll take the train from your terminal to baggage claim and the main terminal, where you’ll find ground transportation to Denver and Boulder. It's easy to purchase bus tickets to Boulder in-person once you hop off the very long escalator down to ground transportation. Alternatively, download the RTD Tickets App to purchase $10.50 one-way bus tickets to Boulder (things are far further away from each other out west – it's about an hour long bus ride). Under tickets, you'll want the regional airport day pass. This will allow you to take the bus all the way to Boulder. See below for hotel blocks and the bus stops you should hop off at in order to be as close as possible to your hotel. While we have suggested accommodations below, there are plenty of good alternatives (AirBNB, another hotel, or any other lodging of your preference) while you're in Boulder.

Shuttle

Airport Shuttle from Denver to Boulder

September 24, 2022 4:00 pm - 10:00 pm

The RTD A-B shuttle runs every day from Denver International Airport to several stops throughout Boulder. In addition to the information above, you can find the link to the schedule at: https://www.rtd-denver.com/app/route/AB/schedule.

Hotel

Hotel Boulderado

The Hotel Boulderado is the fancier of the two hotels and definitely the more locally appropriate. In continuous operation since 1909, this old-time-y, western style saloon in the heart of downtown Boulder is super fun. It sits a block from Pearl Street, the main drag in Boulder, which has plenty of coffee shops, small local businesses, tchotchkes, and funky hippie stores (and weed dispensaries) that are sure to entertain. Similar note to alcohol on the schedule page: the weed is dank here. Proceed with caution. Please note: the shuttle to and from the wedding location will leave from Hyatt Place, NOT the Hotel Boulderado.

Hotel

Hyatt Place

A more affordable option, Hyatt Place is right across the street from Sanitas, the brewery where the welcome/rehearsal dinner will be. It’s also an easy walk to Twisted Pine Brewery, a ton of climbing gyms, if you want to partake in the region’s top premier sport, and the stop for our shuttle to the wedding.
