When do I need to RSVP by?
Answer
Invitations will be mailed this summer. We ask that you please RSVP by no later than September 12, 2025.
Question
What time is the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 p.m. Please plan to arrive by 4:15 p.m.
Question
Where will the ceremony and reception be held?
Answer
The ceremony and reception will be held at the Hiland Park Country Club in Queensbury, New York. The ceremony will be held outside weather permitting.
Question
What is the dress code?
Answer
The dress code for our wedding is formal. Think floor length gowns, cocktail dresses, formal looking pant suits, darker suit and tie, etc. Please refrain from wearing white, ivory, or colors similar. We plan to have our ceremony outside if the weather cooperates. Please keep this in mind when considering outerwear and footwear.

Are kids allowed at the wedding?
Answer
We love kids and will be inviting children. Due to the large nature of our families, we only have enough room for children of family members.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
If “and guest” or your guest’s name is listed on your invitation you can bring someone. Due to our large families, space for plus ones is limited. We appreciate your understanding.

Will there be a shuttle?
Answer
We are offering a shuttle to the ceremony from the Queensbury Holiday Inn and the Queensbury Hotel. A shuttle will also be available at the end of the night, back to both of these hotels. This is first-come first first-served. Please check the Hotel and Shuttle Information page for a detailed schedule.

Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
There is plenty of parking at the venue for guests. If you are planning to drive, we ask that you please drink responsibly. If needed, you can leave your car parked overnight at the venue.

I have dietary restrictions. How should I let you know?
Answer
We have included this on your invitation. Please let us know on the RSVP card so we can let our venue know.
