How do I book a room in the group hotel block?

Answer

Reservations can be made directly at the "View" link in the travel section or by contacting Victor Farmah (Victor.Farmah@scalzohospitality.com or 612-455-6322). If staying for additional nights before or after 8/14-8/16, Victor can help with an extended reservation that honors the discounted hotel block rates for the additional dates.

Will there be transportation between the reception and hotel?

Answer

Yes, we are arranging a transportation option for guests to get safely from the reception venue to the Delta Marriott Hotel. Details to come.

Can I park at the Church and reception venue?

Answer

Yes, both sites offer free parking. Please note the reception venue allows for free overnight parking but requests that cars are moved by 11am the following morning.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail attire. The wedding party color is light blue. We encourage guests to consider ethically sourced pieces!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the ceremony. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy!
