Accommodations
Although our room block is fully booked, the hotel manager has offered to give our wedding guests our discounted room rate.
To get the discounted rate, Please follow these directions:
Book a any available room on the website. Enter the group code WHR (even though it will not give you a discount).
Once you book your room, email me (ericalynnhood@gmail.com) with your name, confirmation number, email address, and the date of your booking.
I will email the manager your info and he will then go into the booking system and change the price on his end, with the group rate of $149.00 a night (plus tax).
PLEASE DO NOT CALL THE HOTEL TO BOOK YOUR ROOM, only the manager can change the room price! Hotel staff are not authorized to change prices, even if you have the group code. The manager is the only one in charge of the room block.
