Aurora Brewing Co.
Aurora Brewing is one of our favorite breweries in NY! The also have an awesome location outside of Rochester, that we would bike to often. They are located on top of a hill with scenic views of the lake and offer a wide selection of beers. Owen recommends the flagship IPA- fresh to death!
Quarry Ridge Winery
Quarry ridge is a beautiful winery over looking Cayuga Lake. For those interested in trying out some finger lakes wines, it is a great place to stop in for a tasting! Dev recommends the dry riesling.
Prison City Brewing
For those of you staying in downtown Auburn, we highly recommend popping into Prison City Brewing. Very cool brewery with a lot of beers, definitely worth checking out.
Fargo Bar and Grill
Fargo Bar and Grill is conveniently located right in the heart of Aurora and across the street from the wedding venue. It is a very cute pub with great indoor and outdoor space. Great lunch spot, or place for a little wedding pregame. If you don't make it before the wedding- no worries, our after party will be at the Fargo!
Finger Lakes Cider House
A bit of a trip to the other side of Cayuga Lake, Finger Lakes Cider House is worth the trek for our cider lovers! Enjoy some farm fresh cuisine a long with some delicious ciders and beautiful views.
Other Half Brewing Bloomfield
For our guest spending additional time in the Finger Lakes or flying out of Rochester/Buffalo, we highly suggest stopping by Other Half Brewing in Bloomfield NY. Enjoy some great beers in their taproom and one of our favorite burgers from their food truck!
MacKenzie-Childs Aurora
If black and white painted teapots are your vibe... you will love this place. Visit the flagship location for Mackenzie Childs, you could even do some last minute wedding gift shopping... just saying...
Ithaca Farmers Market
We highly recommend visiting Ithaca's Farmers Market (10-3pm) Saturday and Sunday. Great place to scope out some crafts, gifts, fresh fruit and vegetables and sweet treats!
Collegetown Bagels
For our guest craving a carb filled breakfast Sunday morning, we got you! Stop by CTB and grab a truly delicious bagel sandwich. FYI- there are multiple locations in and around Ithaca.
