When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

To make sure we have an accurate headcount, please RSVP by June 10, 2027. We will send out official invitations closer to the date as a reminder.

What should I wear?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place at The River Wesleyan Church, followed by a reception at Hunt Hill Nature Center. We suggest dressy casual attire that is comfortable yet appropriate for both settings. Think sundresses, dress pants, button-down shirts, skirts, and similar outfits. We also recommend shoes that are comfortable for walking outdoors, as parts of the venue are set in a natural setting.

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Mainly indoors. The ceremony is held inside a church, and the reception is at a nature center recreation hall.

Can I bring a plus one/my children?

Answer

Invitations will be sent out early next year. We’re only able to extend plus ones and children to guests specifically named on the invitation. If your invitation includes a plus one or your children, it will be clearly indicated.

How far apart are the ceremony and reception venues?

Answer

The ceremony and reception venues are approximately 38 minutes apart by car. Please note that both locations are in a rural area, so the drive is very straightforward and traffic is minimal. We recommend allowing plenty of time to travel between venues so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.
