What should I wear and is there a dress code ?

The dress code for our wedding is formal attire.

Can I bring my children ?

Answer

Unfortunately, as much as we'd love to invite all our friends' children, we can only accommodate a few close family children of immediate family, and the children of the wedding party. We hope that you will understand this decision and that you will still be able to join us on our special day .

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list, and our wedding is strictly RSVP only. If you have not already spoken with the bride and groom regarding a plus one ahead of time then there can be no last minute guests or plus ones. The last day to inquire about a plus one is June 1st, 2021.

When is the RSVP deadline ? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

The deadline to RSVP for our wedding is June 1st, 2021. We encourage all wedding guests to RSVP online here through our wedding website.

What time should I arrive ?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive an hour before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled !

Where is the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both take place at the Knotting Hills venue and both will be indoors.

What happens after the ceremony ?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bride and groom will be taking pictures with the bridal party nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to cocktail hour and engage in beverages and fun on the lawn.

What should I do if I can't make it ?

Answer

You will be missed ! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no", so we can plan accordingly.

Where should I park ? Is parking free?

Answer

Guests will park in the designated parking lot at the venue . Parking will be free of charge. However, if you are staying at one of the hotels listed on the website, there will be a shuttle (free) to take wedding guests from the hotel to the venue at the start of the ceremony, and from the venue to the hotel at the end of the reception.

Can I take pictures and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #TurningThomas so we can keep track of all of your pictures. Please be mindful of snapshot sound effects and camera flashes during our ceremony.

Answer

The best way to reach the bride and groom is through text or phone call. For urgent issues, please direct all calls to 314-335-0613 .
