What is the attire?

Please dress in cocktail attire! St. Louis is typically pretty warm in September, but the Mass and reception are both inside!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Wedding Mass: Please arrive to The Shrine of St. Joseph no later than 1:50PM. Wedding Reception: All guests are invited to attend the cocktail hour at The Franklin of Soulard beginning at 5:00PM. Please arrive to the venue no later than 6:00PM. You won't want to miss the grand entrance!

Is there parking for the wedding Mass and reception?

Answer

The church has plenty of parking! The reception venue has a parking lot with limited spaces, but there is free street parking. Since there will be about an hour between the Wedding Mass and cocktail hour, we recommend dropping your car off after the Mass wherever you are staying and taking an Uber or Lyft to the reception. The venue's parking lot will have a few reserved spaces. Please use these spots only if you were instructed to do so in advance.

When you RSVP, please inform us of your dietary restriction and the caterer will accommodate your request.

Are plus-ones and children allowed?

Answer

If your invitation included your child’s names, was addressed to your family, or listed a guest, they are all welcome to attend! Children ages 3–12 will receive a special kids’ meal at dinner.
