Hotel Madison & Shenandoah Valley Conference Center

We have reserved room blocks with about 35 available rooms at Hotel Madison for guests' convenience. Included in the room block as a guest is free shuttle service to and from the wedding venue. Click the link below to book your rooms. You must use this specific link to book within our room block. We have availability from Thursday night - Monday morning for those who want to stay for a long weekend. Length of stay is entirely up to you, although we do recommend staying Friday and Saturday night as the wedding ceremony will likely be starting before rooms will be ready for check-in on Saturday. In order to book within the room block you must book your room before October 10th, 2022. If you wish to not stay at the hotel room block, there are plenty of other airbnbs, bed and breakfasts, and hotels in the surrounding areas as well, you will just be responsible for your own transportation to and from the venue!

Shuttle service will be complimentary to guests that stay within our hotel room block! For those who wish to not stay at the hotel, you will be responsible for your own transportation to and from the venue; however, there is plenty of free parking at the venue and you may leave your car overnight if needed!
